Job Description

4RFasteners is a family-owned business that provides fasteners.
As an outside sales contractor, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing new client relationships and managing existing accounts.

Duties

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Develop strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales management team to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
Provide technical sales support by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
Communicate effectively with clients in both English or Spanish (if applicable) to expand market reach.

Requirements

Outside sales experience of at least 2+ years
Located in the Louisville, Kentucky market or geographically adjacent
A willingness to travel
Experience with fastener or similar product preferred ( Nuts, Washers, Screws, Concrete Anchors, Grinding Discs, Cut-off Wheels, Hex Head Cap Screws, Structural Bolts, Tension Control Bolts, Flange Bolts)
Selling to businesses that consume fastener products ( Heavy Construction, HVAC Equipment & Supplies, Industrial Materials & Supplies, Industrial & Commercial Machinery, Specialty Manufacturing Industries)

Benefits

This is a 1099 independent contractor role
Average sale value (ASV) range of $500 to $10,000
10% commission
Expected OTE in excess of $100,000
