Requirements

- Highly organized and motivated
- Strong phone and verbal communications skills and actively listening to provide solutions.
- Goal oriented customer service representative.
- Seize opportunities to up sell and book service calls.
- Manage incoming and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Work well on a team
- Keep records of conversation in our data base.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively .
