Job Description

GAC Enterprises, LLC, a reputable construction company, is seeking a Bury Crew Lead to join their team in the Fort Worth area. The Bury Crew Lead will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily functions of a bury drop crew. while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to safety regulations. The ideal candidate for this position will be an excellent communicator, a strategic thinker, and a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

Drive a company truck and trailer equipped with a plow to various job sites throughout the day.
Contact customers prior to arrival and personally inform them about the service being provided.
Utilize a magnet locator to identify scab/splice points.
Assess and determine the burial path for the 7mm conduit to the house.
Guide team members on their tasks and responsibilities.
Operate the plow efficiently to complete the job.
Finalize the job by documenting data and capturing photos in two systems: one for the client and another for billing.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management as a Supervisor
OSHA 30 certification or similar safety certification
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Willingness to work during weekends and holidays, as needed.
