The Work This is a full-scope orthopedic APP role. That means?you're?not shadowing ??you're?doing.?

• Running independent clinics?? your patients, your assessments, your treatment plans?

• Comprehensive MSK care?across a wide range of injuries and conditions: fractures, dislocations, joint pathology, soft tissue repair, post-op management, and more?

• Procedures?? aspirations and injections, closed reductions, compartment pressure measurements, digital blocks, regional anesthesia, minor outpatient surgery (tendon repair, wound closure, I&D, percutaneous pinning, hardware removal)?

• OR assist?? first assist, wound closure, internal device application, and procedures delegated by the supervising surgeon?

• Hospital-side coverage?? rounds, orders, ED consults, and floor evaluations?

• Diagnostic interpretation?? labs, EMG, EKG, X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, bone scan, arthrogram?

• Casting, splinting, bracing?? applied correctly, the first time?
