In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Review Special Processing Orders (SPO) for accuracy and clarity in relation to ISO compliance, such as ISO13485 and/or ISO 9001.
Troubleshoot and correct inconsistencies with entry of orders/SPOs.
Facilitate communication between Commercial Excellence and Operations teams.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Associate?s degree
At least 1 year of experience in applicable field, such as Order Entry, Order Processing, Quality Review, Manufacturing, Customer Service
Proficient computer skills with ability to navigate between multiple software applications
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Salesforce and SAP
Self-reliant, able to make decisions/work independently with little supervision while maintaining excellent attention to detail
ISO compliance experience - ISO13485 and/or ISO 9001
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
