For one of our clients, we are looking for an Order Management Specialist , remotely from United States .

In this role, you will play a critical part in managing the order and delivery process, working closely with multiple delivery locations and manufacturing partners. You will ensure timely order fulfillment, smooth shipping, and effective communication between teams. As an Order Management Specialist, you'll be responsible for tracking orders, coordinating logistics, and resolving any fulfillment-related issues, all while maintaining excellent customer service.

Accountabilities

• Manage daily order flow within your assigned region, ensuring timely processing and fulfillment.
• Oversee the distribution, storage, and movement of merchandise across multiple factories and warehouses.
• Track incoming customer orders and outbound shipments to ensure deliveries are on schedule.
• Coordinate shipping and delivery scheduling, ensuring accurate handling and fulfillment of customer orders.
• Address and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, collaborating with delivery partners and the customer service team.
• Foster strong relationships with delivery and manufacturing teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in order management or logistics coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, problem-solve effectively, and work both independently and in a team environment.
• A passion for providing outstanding customer service and delivering excellent results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with V-lookups preferred.
