Job Description

As an Order Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing order processing, ensuring that our customers receive their products in a timely and accurate manner. If you are detail-oriented and have a passion for logistics and operations, we would love for you to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service.

Your Role:
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct in our order management system.
  • Collaborate with sales, inventory, and shipping teams to confirm product availability and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor order status, handle any discrepancies, and communicate with customers regarding their order progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of order transactions and update relevant databases.
  • Generate and analyze reports related to order processing and inventory management.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance order management processes.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance in all order-related activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or logistics is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in order administration, fulfillment, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail with effective organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with order management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing order issues.
