Job Description

seeking an Oracle PL/SQL Developer to serve as an Application Developer focusing on the following technologies:

Oracle Forms
Oracle PL/SQL
PHP
Classic Microsoft ASP (3.0)

This role supports the ongoing maintenance necessary to ensure the stability of applications within the clients portfolio.

Requirements

7+ years' experience with Oracle databases, including complex queries and PL/SQL DML/DDL development.
5+ years' experience developing with Oracle Forms.
3+ years' experience in database/SQL performance tuning.
3+ years' experience as a full-stack developer.
Experience developing application reports with PHP and/or Classic ASP (3.0).
Familiarity with code repositories, preferably Git.
Experience using CI/CD tools, preferably Jenkins.
Solid understanding of relational database design.
Knowledge of Information Systems Development Methodology (ISDM).
Proficient with database query tools such as TOAD, SQL Developer, or SQL Navigator.
Understanding of role-based security and general database security.
Experience with Unified Modeling Language (UML).
Creative problem-solving with the ability to foresee design and system issues.
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills (oral and written).
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):

Oracle Certifications
Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Scrum, XP, Kanban.
Web development experience using XML, CSS.
Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, AngularJS, NodeJS, or React.
Experience with environmental regulatory processes.
Knowledge of the DEP's technical environment.
