Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and participate in the implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Configure Oracle HCM modules according to best practices and client requirements.

Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-implementation support.

Work closely with cross-functional teams including technical consultants, project managers, and end-users.

Prepare training materials and deliver user training sessions.

Provide input into project planning and status reporting.

Stay updated on Oracle HCM Cloud updates and patches.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

47+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.

Strong knowledge of at least three HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Talent, Compensation).

Experience in end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

Ability to design and execute functional test scripts and cases.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s).

Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools.

Knowledge of Oracle Reporting Tools (BI Publisher, OTBI).

Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
