POSITION ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Lifecycle Management:?Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of initiatives, including new client implementations, software transitions, and process re-engineering.
• Operational Optimization:?Assist leadership in the identification of revenue leakage and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the central communication hub, facilitating meetings, providing regular status reports to the CEO, and managing expectations across all? ?business units.
• Workflow Development:?Assist leadership with the creation and documentation of EBS Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
• Performance Tracking:?Utilize data analytics and PowerBI to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Risk Management:?Proactively identify project risks, interdependencies, and resource constraints, escalating roadblocks to executive leadership as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Healthcare, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with measurable financial outcomes.
• Advanced experience with PM tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• Strong familiarity with data analytics tools like PowerBI or Excel.
• Intermediate knowledge of Lean Six Sigma practices or similar continuous improvement methodologies is beneficial.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is highly desirable.
