For one of our clients, we are looking for an Operations Manager, Software Implementation, remotely from the United States.

As an Operations Manager for Software Implementations, you will oversee the coordination of daily activities and processes within the Software Implementation team. You will play a key role in managing team performance, ensuring project deliverables are met on time, and facilitating agile practices like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and project reviews. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, remove blockers, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project transitions and timely go-lives. Your success will be measured by your team's ability to meet sprint goals, achieve deliverables, and maintain high-quality results.

Accountabilities:

• Lead and coach the Implementation team to ensure the timely completion of project deliverables.
• Facilitate sprint activities, including planning, daily status meetings, and project reviews.
• Manage and assign work items according to milestones, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Remove internal blockers that hinder progress on work items and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Development, and IT, to coordinate and resolve project issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives while balancing billable work and productivity goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in agile methodologies, particularly Scrum or Kanban.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with technical teams and software implementation processes.
• Ability to work remotely and during standard Eastern time zone business hours (8a-5p).
• Experience with tools such as Jira, BaseCamp, GitHub, or SQL Server is a plus.
