Operations Manager

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing our daily operations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leading teams to success.
As the Operations Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Operations and manage a dedicated team of Installation and Project Managers alongside Service Coordinators. Your leadership will be key in training team members, resolving major project issues, and ensuring the department meets its performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a diverse team, driving performance standards and motivating staff.
- Handle escalated customer issues and collaborate with the team to develop effective solutions.
- Analyze key performance indicators and operational reports to streamline processes.
- Maintain a culture of exceptional communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM software for efficient operations management.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in team management and operations oversight.
- Strong background in project management with a focus on process improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to foster a supportive and collaborative team environment.
- Calm demeanor with the capability to handle pressure and troubleshoot challenges effectively.
- Results-driven with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of management or project oversight experience.
- Experience within the home improvement or flooring industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
