To date, they have conducted over 3 million offline digital examinations through their Green Exam Platform.

With an ambitious mission to scale operations to conduct 1 billion examinations , our client aims to meet the growing demand for their assessment technology across India. To achieve this goal, they are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Operations Head to lead the deployment and scaling of their platform across educational institutions, ensuring operational excellence and maximum client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Operations Leadership

  • Develop and execute operational strategies to scale the Green Exam Platform from 3 million to 1 billion examinations, aligning with Offee's rapid expansion plans.
  • Oversee the nationwide deployment of Offee services, ensuring seamless execution, scalability, and sustainability.
  • Drive process innovation and operational efficiencies, leveraging technology to automate and optimize workflows for massive scale.

Scaling Operations

  • Design and implement scalable operational processes and systems capable of handling exponential growth.
  • Utilize data analytics and predictive modeling to anticipate operational challenges and opportunities associated with large-scale deployment.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to leverage AI and IoT solutions for operational efficiency and scalability.

Team Management and Development

  • Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to monitor and drive team effectiveness and service delivery at scale.
  • Implement talent development programs to ensure the team is equipped to manage large-scale operations.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in educational institutions, government bodies, and partners, acting as the senior point of contact.
  • Oversee client onboarding processes, ensuring smooth adoption and integration of Offee's Green Exam Platform at a large scale.
  • Develop customized operational plans to meet diverse client needs across different regions and educational systems.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure all operational activities are executed with the highest quality, security, and within set timelines, even as scale increases.
  • Oversee large-scale exam deployments, including digital exam setup, monitoring, and post-exam analysis, ensuring consistency and reliability.
  • Implement best practices in operations management, continuously improving processes based on data-driven insights.

Business Growth and Expansion

  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations to facilitate scaling efforts.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to support business growth and enhance customer satisfaction on a large scale.
  • Represent Offee at national and international industry events to promote our services and establish new partnerships. Financial Management
  • Prepare and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and positive ROI during scaling.
  • Optimize resource allocation to support large-scale operations without compromising quality or efficiency. Compliance and Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and data security protocols, particularly those affecting large-scale operations.
  • Identify potential risks associated with scaling and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard company interests.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of scaling businesses or operational units to handle massive volumes.
  • Extensive experience managing large teams and complex, multi-layered projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address challenges associated with rapid scaling.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and guiding teams through significant growth phases.
  • Demonstrated success in leveraging technology and innovation to drive operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Familiarity with AI, IoT technologies, or digital exam platforms is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the edtech sector or industries with similar operational complexities.
  • An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
