Excelsior Village Academies, Inc. is seeking a passionate, driven, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Operations Associate. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our school. This Position reports to the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of operational systems and processes.
Support the management of day-to-day operations, including facilities management, procurement, and vendor relations.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Assist in organizing and supporting school-wide events and activities.

Requirements

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience in operations or related field is a plus.
