Online Training Support Assistant

The House of Mercier is excited to announce an opening for an Online Training Support Assistant. This remote role is designed for individuals who are eager to enter the workforce and contribute to our team without the need for prior experience. As an Online Training Support Assistant, you will be responsible for helping organize, facilitate, and support our training programs, ensuring that participants have a positive learning experience. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for helping others and a willingness to learn, we would love to have you on board!

• Assist in scheduling and organizing online training sessions and workshops.
• Provide support to trainers and participants during online training sessions via chat and email.
• Help ensure that training materials are prepared and accessible to all participants.
• Document participant feedback and assist in evaluating training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the training team to identify areas for improvement in the training process.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing training programs.
• Maintain a professional and positive online environment for all training participants.

Requirements

• No prior experience is necessary; a desire to learn and grow is crucial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
• Interest in training and development, and a passion for helping others succeed.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online meeting platforms and tools.
• A proactive attitude with good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to embrace new challenges and contribute to team initiatives.
