Lathrop GPM is seeking an Oil & Gas Attorney with 2-3 years of transactional legal experience to join its active and growing Energy group in Denver. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, self-starting, and can thrive working independently and in a team environment. Significant experience drafting oil and gas title opinions and a license to practice in Colorado are preferred; is required; landman experience is a plus.preferred. Excellent academic qualifications and communication skills required. The position offers continued professional and skill development, strong mentor support, and practice development opportunities all within a vibrant firm culture. In this role you can expect to work in a team that improves continuously to communicate openly and efficiently with clients. Compensation and benefit information for Colorado candidates: Current anticipated range is: $140,000-$152,000. Actual initial salary may be above or below the identified range and will be based on relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors consistent with applicable law.
