We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support in managing office operations, assist with leasing tasks, and ensure excellent service to our residents. This position will be crucial in maintaining smooth daily operations, supporting the property management team, and assisting tenants with their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with lease signing and lease coordination, ensuring all documents are processed accurately and on time.
  • Greet prospective new tenants and existing tenants, providing excellent customer service.
  • Order office supplies and ensure the office is in good working order at all times.
  • Collect payments from tenants, process payments, and scan/payment record maintenance.
  • Update marketing materials on-site and direct prospects to our leasing center for additional information.
  • Handle complaints and tenant issues in the absence of the property manager, maintaining a positive and responsive environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in office management, leasing, or a customer service-related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to various properties.
  • Experience with property management software (such as Yardi) is a plus.
