Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring the workspace runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide executive support to senior management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Facilitate communication between the office and remote teams to promote collaboration and efficiency.
  • Organize, plan, and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, both in-person and virtual.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary and managing vendor relationships.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and workplace culture.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks including calendar coordination, intern management, and research as needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proven experience in office management or executive support roles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-service-oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.
