Job Description: Office Administrator (Construction)

We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator to join our construction company. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support, including answering phones, handling invoices, and conducting research on the cost of materials. You will assist with day-to-day office operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure effective communication between clients, vendors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.

Process and manage invoices, ensuring timely payments.

Research and compare prices for materials and supplies.

Maintain organized records and filing systems.

Provide general administrative support to the construction team.

Some Travel to Client Sites

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in construction.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, QuickBooks).
