Off shift Forklift Drivers

Parallel Employment is seeking skilled 2nd and 3rd shift Forklift Drivers to support our operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As a vital member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for operating forklifts to efficiently move and manage inventory. You will play an essential role in ensuring that products are transported accurately and safely throughout the facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate forklifts safely to load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas
• Transport materials within the warehouse and designated work areas
• Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels by conducting regular checks
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while operating equipment
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and report any issues immediately
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient workflow
• Keep work areas clean and organized

SHIFTS:

2nd shift: 2:00 PM -10:00 PM M-F (this will be a "floater" forklift role; must be flexible to other duties)

3rd shift: 10:00 PM -6:00 AM M-F

JOB LOCATION: Franksville, WI

JOB TYPE: Temp-to-Hire

PAY: $18.00-20.00 Based on experience

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a forklift driver in a warehouse setting
• Valid forklift certification is required
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
