We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients through individualized therapy programs. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' functional abilities and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to facilitate recovery and improve daily living skills.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic activities and techniques for continued progress at home.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Stay current with advancements in occupational therapy practices and continuing education.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy curriculum.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive patient relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
