Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with adults and children with a variety of disabilities and injuries.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical and functional abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Help patients improve their range of motion, strength, and coordination
- Educate patients and their families on how to manage their condition
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- State license to practice occupational therapy
- 2+ years of experience working as an occupational therapist
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
