Job Description
Nurse Practitioner Wound Care
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive wound care to patients of all ages
- Assess and diagnose wounds
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide patient education on wound care and prevention
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Document patient progress and outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications:
- Two years of experience in wound care or a related field
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of wound care principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage a high volume of patients
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
