Job Title: Full-Time Nurse Practitioner Hospital Setting (Arizona)

Location: Peoria, Arizona

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM 5 PM

Compensation: $180,000.00 - $200,000 per year + benefits

As a Nurse Practitioner (NP), you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality, evidence-based care in collaboration with physicians, specialists, and a dedicated healthcare team. You will diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, perform assessments, and deliver patient education with a focus on holistic wellness.

Job Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and medical histories.
• Develop differential diagnoses and formulate treatment plans.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.).
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with Arizona state laws.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare providers.
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment options and lifestyle modifications.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical meetings.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR).
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff and students.

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Arizona.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• National certification as an NP (e.g., AANP, ANCC) in a relevant specialty.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
• Exceptional interpersonal, diagnostic, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (Epic experience a plus)
