Now Hiring: Nurse Practitioner Join a Patient-Focused, Innovation-Driven Hospital Team in Pennsylvania
Location: Lancaster, Pennsylvania
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM 5 PM
Compensation: $180,000.00 - $200,000 per year + benefits
As a Nurse Practitioner in our hospital, you'll work autonomously and collaboratively to deliver comprehensive care to patients in an inpatient setting. Whether responding to acute medical conditions, conducting follow-ups, or assisting in care transitions, your clinical acumen and leadership will help ensure the best outcomes for every patient.
Job Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and physical exams.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses across a broad patient population.
- Prescribe medications and initiate appropriate therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, nurses, and allied health staff to coordinate and optimize patient care.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans, discharge instructions, and preventative health strategies.
- Participate in daily hospital rounds, care planning, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Document all care clearly and in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (MSN or DNP).
- Board certified as an NP through AANP or ANCC.
- Current and unrestricted RN and CRNP licenses in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- At least 12 years of hospital or acute care experience preferred (new graduates with strong clinical rotations may be considered).
- BLS and ACLS certifications (additional certifications may be required depending on department).
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
