Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM 5 PM

Compensation: $180,000.00 - $200,000 per year + benefits

We are actively seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our multidisciplinary care team in one of Texas's premier hospital systems. As a key provider in our inpatient services, you will be at the forefront of clinical innovation and patient-centered care, contributing meaningfully to both individual healing and community health outcomes.

Job Duties:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and histories
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized care plans
• Prescribe medications in accordance with hospital protocols and state laws
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care
• Participate in daily rounds and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
• Provide education to patients and families on treatment, recovery, and prevention
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in the EMR

Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Active and unencumbered Texas APRN license
• National board certification (AGACNP, FNP, or equivalent)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• 2+ years of clinical experience in an inpatient or acute care setting preferred
• Strong diagnostic and procedural skills
• Outstanding interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities

Qualification

Master's Degree
