Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM 5 PM
Compensation: $180,000.00 - $200,000 per year + benefits
We are actively seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our multidisciplinary care team in one of Texas's premier hospital systems. As a key provider in our inpatient services, you will be at the forefront of clinical innovation and patient-centered care, contributing meaningfully to both individual healing and community health outcomes.

Job Duties:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and histories
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests
- Develop, implement, and manage individualized care plans
- Prescribe medications in accordance with hospital protocols and state laws
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care
- Participate in daily rounds and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
- Provide education to patients and families on treatment, recovery, and prevention
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in the EMR
Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Active and unencumbered Texas APRN license
- National board certification (AGACNP, FNP, or equivalent)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- 2+ years of clinical experience in an inpatient or acute care setting preferred
- Strong diagnostic and procedural skills
- Outstanding interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities
