Nurse Practitioner Make a Difference Where It Matters Most
Location: Port St. Lucie, FL, Florida
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM 5 PM
Compensation: $180,000.00 - $200,000 per year + benefits

Job Duties:
- Provide comprehensive, compassionate care to patients across the lifespan
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions
- Emphasize preventive care, wellness coaching, and patient education
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators
- Perform routine physicals, well visits, health screenings, and follow-up care
- Utilize a user-friendly, integrated EMR system to document and coordinate care
- Participate in population health initiatives and quality improvement programs
Requirements
- A Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- National certification (FNP preferred) and current or pending Florida NP license
- A passion for whole-person, culturally sensitive care
- Experience in a primary care or family medicine setting (new grads encouraged to apply!)
- Comfort working independently with physician support available as needed
- Strong communication skills and a desire to build long-term relationships with patients
