NP- Nurse Practitioner Oncology

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our oncology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients undergoing cancer treatment. The Nurse Practitioner in Oncology will work closely with oncologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care, including performing physical assessments, interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and developing treatment plans. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support patients and their families through the challenges of cancer diagnosis and treatment. Additionally, the Nurse Practitioner will participate in patient education, support clinical research initiatives, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to promote positive patient outcomes. The successful candidate must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner license and have a strong background in oncology and palliative care. Experience in an oncology setting and certification as an Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner (AOCNP) or Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner (OCNP) is preferred.
