Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to critically ill newborns in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Responsibilities:
Conducting physical assessments and diagnostic tests on newborns
Managing and coordinating care for premature or critically ill infants
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Providing education and support to families on newborn care and development
Participating in medical rounds and contributing to patient care discussions
Responding to emergencies and providing critical care as needed
Requirements:
Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing
Current certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC)
Current state license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in neonatology
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
