Night Manager - Peninsula

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a dedicated Night Manager to join our team in Newport News, VA. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality of our janitorial services and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and Independent Contractors (IC).

As a Night Manager, you will:

• Oversee the quality control of janitorial operations across various sites.
• Ensure client satisfaction by managing service expectations and addressing any concerns.
• Work collaboratively with Independent Contractors to meet the cleaning standards.
• Create and maintain positive working relationships with both clients and contractors.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position, satisfying the evening shift from Monday to Friday, typically starting at 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review scope of work and perform quality assurance checks.
• Communicate daily with Facility Solutions Managers regarding operations and any critical issues.
• Handle customer complaints, inspections, and requests efficiently.
• Implement City Wide policies and procedures to maintain operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with client policies regarding cleaning standards, tools, and equipment usage.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of management experience, preferably in the janitorial or facilities maintenance industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and experience with CRM systems is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
