Night Audit - Front Desk Host

Front Office associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives the opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.

Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries.

You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Associate. This position is also responsible for the oversight of specific night audit duties.

The recently opened Hyatt Centric Atlanta Buckhead was developed taking the historical pottery heritage of Georgia as a local inspiration, layered with the evolution of Buckhead as a fashion/commercial destination. This hotel portrays a playful expression of clay, pottery, and sculpture inspired by a global spirit of color, pattern, and fashion, representing the story and history of Buckhead. Hyatt Centric Buckhead Atlanta will be a hotel where both tourists and locals will be immersed in a playful interpretation of the local culture where the new local inspiration meets the historical heritage of the neighborhood to deliver new experiences.

Qualifications:

Must be able to work the overnight shift

Ability to work independently, make decisions, and think creatively

Flexibilty to work weekends and holidays

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

Refined verbal and written communication skills

Ability to stand for long periods of time.
