Newsletter Assistant

The House of Mercier is excited to announce an opening for a Newsletter Assistant, providing an excellent opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the world. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation, management, and dissemination of our digital newsletters. If you have a flair for writing, a knack for organization, and a passion for communication, we would love to have you join our team!

• Assist in writing and editing content for our newsletters to ensure clarity and engagement.
• Help design newsletter layouts and templates to enhance visual appeal.
• Manage subscriber lists and ensure compliance with email marketing regulations.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for newsletter themes and topics.
• Monitor and analyze newsletter performance metrics to inform future content strategies.
• Collaborate with other teams to gather relevant information and updates for inclusion in the newsletters.
• Assist in scheduling and deploying newsletters through email marketing platforms.

Requirements

• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Interest in email marketing and digital communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools is a plus but not required.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
• Good organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a bonus but not necessary.
