Open Up Resources is a non-profit publisher in pursuit of delivering the highest quality learning experiences for all students by providing educators best in class, research-based PreK12 curricula and professional learning so they may support every student's academic success and create in-class experiences that celebrate, honor, and empower all students.

The Role

The New Business Mathematics Specialist Consultant will report to the Sr Director of Partnerships, supporting schools and educators on the West Coast. This position will be a liaison between California-based school districts and the Open Up Resources' New Business sales team, supporting curriculum adoption questions.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience and success in liaising with school districts and educators.
Experience facilitating mathematics professional learning preferred.
Open Up Resources' K-8 Mathematics pedagogy preferred.
Demonstrated capability of managing inbound requests for information and/or demos of the curriculum.
Ability to travel >50% at times.
A home-base in California is a must.
Ability to thrive in a remote team environment. Self-motivated with strong communication skills.
