Neurology Nurse Practitioner

Metro Neurology Associates (affiliated with Metro Infectious Disease Consultants) is accepting applications for an ambitious Neurology Nurse Practitioner within the Chicagoland Area.

This Nurse Practitioner will work with the collaborating physician in an active outpatient practice to deliver health care services to our patients at the clinic located in Burr Ridge, IL .

This includes, but is not limited to,

• the diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic health problems,
• Order, interpret and perform laboratory and radiology tests,
• Prescribe medications including controlled substances, to the extent delegated, and performing other therapeutic or corrective measures as indicated.
• Consult with the collaborating physician by telecommunication or in person as needed.
• In the absence of the designated collaborating physician, another physician shall be available for consultation.

Requirements

All applicants need current and valid APRN License.
