Title: Network Engineer

Job Description:-
BS or equivalent + 5 - 7 years directly related experience and one of more of the following network certifications preferred including CompTIA A+, CCNA, CCNP
Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting LAN/WAN internet working products from F5, Checkpoint, Citrix Netscaler, Juniper SRX & Junos Space, Cisco Route/Switch
Analyzes, implements, and maintains local and wide area network systems, including planning, designing, evaluating, selecting operating systems and protocol suites and configuring communication media with switches, routers, load balancers, and other devices.
Resolves interoperability and performance problems to obtain operations across all platforms including e-mail, files transfer, multimedia, teleconferencing and application processing. Configures systems to user environments.
Supports acquisition of hardware and software as well as subcontractor services as needed.
Supports network availability for mission critical IT service environment.
Complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in the LAN/WAN field.
General knowledge of other related disciplines.
Provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Solutions are imaginative, thorough, and practical, and consistent with organization objectives. Works under only general direction.
Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.
Contributes to the completion of specific programs and projects.
Represents the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects.
Ability to clearly articulate situations / issues to cross-functional teams and clients
