Some Experience with Cisco Voice ? Call Manager, Unity, Packaged Contact Center Enterprise
Voice networking tuning and troubleshooting
Network Performance Tuning ? SNMP, NetFlow, IP SLA
Cisco Datacenter Technology ? vPC, FEX, UCS
Cisco Routed Campus ? L3 Access configuration/maintenance
Cisco Switches ? Catalyst 9500/9300, Nexus 7K/9K/5K
Routing: BGP,EIGRP, OSPF, ECMP
Cisco NXOS/IOS
Qos best practices and configuration for voice and data networks
Spanning Tree protocol best practices and configuration
