Mystery Shopper

Serio and Serio is looking for an enthusiastic and observant Mystery Shopper to join our team! Your observations will help us enhance our customer service standards and improve the overall shopping experience for our clients. As a Mystery Shopper, you will visit designated locations posing as a regular customer and engage with staff while evaluating various aspects of the shopping experience, including product availability, store cleanliness, and employee professionalism. • Conduct discreet shopping visits to various locations as assigned.
• Evaluate customer service quality, staff behavior, and store presentation.

Requirements
