Multi-Family Construction Services Assistant

Team CBH is growing! We are looking for a positive and professional Multi - Family Construction Services Assistant to join our team.

If you want to join an amazing team that works with superintendents and trade partners to build dreams daily, here?s your chance. In this role, you?ll:

• Follow up with superintendents & trade partners to ensure jobs are kept on schedule
• Review and publish bids

• Issue purchase orders
• Create and publish job schedules

• Onboard new trade partners

• Answer phone calls or emails from trade partners and superintendents

• Support construction with administrative and operational duties
• Complete permit applications for all cities
• Check requests and permit status tracking
• Building plan Check In

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to manage a variety of calls and/or emails daily

• Perform various clerical and operational tasks
