We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various maintenance disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and repairing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. The Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician will work closely with other team members to maintain a safe and efficient working environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, machinery, and systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using voltmeters and schematics to diagnose problems effectively.
• Conduct mechanical repairs, including hydraulics and HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and customers as needed.
• Collaborate with other technicians to complete projects efficiently and maintain high-quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and stay updated on industry best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an industrial electrician or in a similar maintenance role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with voltmeters, schematics, HVAC systems, high voltage applications, and hydraulics is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
