• Evaluate and analyze clients' financial data and creditworthiness to determine suitable mortgage solutions.
• Guide clients through the entire loan process, from initial consultation to final closing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, clients, and other referral sources to generate new business.
• Educate clients on mortgage products, terms, and conditions to ensure informed decision-making.
• Stay updated on market trends, mortgage products, and regulatory changes to offer the best advice to clients.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of loan applications to underwriting for approval.
• Monitor loan progress and ensure timely communication with clients regarding their application status.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
• Thorough understanding of mortgage products and lending regulations,
• Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and referral partners.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and credit histories accurately.
