Position Title: Driver for Seniors (Job ID: 046-0040)
Position Type: Part Time; Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday from 7:00am to 9:00am.
Benefits Eligible: No
Location: Bayville, NJ & Toms River (offices); travel required across Ocean County
Department: Seniors Optimizing Life and Socialization (SOLAS)
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport senior clients to and from appointments, social events, and activities
- Assist seniors with entering and exiting the vehicle
- Maintain accurate records of transportation services provided
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and properly fueled
- Communicate effectively with clients and families
Requirements
Requirements:
- Valid NJ Driver's License with less than six points
- Experience working with seniors or in a caregiving role is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lift and assist clients as needed
