Our client, a leader in facility management, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Engineer
to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Engineer , you will be part of the maintenance department supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Perform maintenance and repairs to Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems for the facility.
Travel between multiple facilities to ensure their proper function and maintenance.
Maintain responsibility for facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing, and inventory control.
Conduct cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and changing parts to maintain HVAC systems and associated equipment.
Comply with safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe workplace while recognizing and proposing methods to eliminate hazards.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
5-7 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
Ability to analyze the operation of various Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
EPA 608 Type II Certification.
Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
