GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is looking for a skilled and dedicated Mobile Diesel Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide on-site diesel repair and maintenance services to our clients, ensuring their vehicles and equipment are functioning safely and efficiently. Your expertise will be essential in diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on diesel engines and related systems in a mobile setting.
• Respond to service calls and provide on-site assistance to customers, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify mechanical issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs, timelines, and repair options.
• Maintain inventory of tools and parts on service vehicle to ensure readiness for job assignments.
• Document all services performed and maintain accurate records of repairs and customer interactions.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards during service operations.
• Continuously update knowledge of diesel technology and repair techniques to provide top-notch service.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a diesel mechanic, with a focus on mobile service operations.
• A valid diesel mechanic certification or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a mobile work environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work on call and outside of regular business hours as needed.
• Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in diesel technology.
