Mobile Automation Engineer

DMV IT Service isseeking a Senior Mobile Automation Engineer with extensive experience in testing and automating native mobile applications on iOS and Android. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend automation, automation framework design, and CI/CD pipeline setup, with a passion for delivering high-quality mobile solutions.

• Lead the testing and automation efforts for native mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
• Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks for native applications, with a preference for Appium.
• Utilize your expertise in frontend automation to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Write efficient and scalable automation scripts using JavaScript, Python, or Shell scripting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the automation and pipeline processes.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring team members, and fostering best practices in mobile automation.
• Stay updated with industry trends and tools to enhance automation strategies.
• Work closely with product and development teams, especially in eCommerce environments, to understand and address automation needs.

Requirements

• 7+ Years of Extremely Strong Hands on experience in testing/automating native mobile applications on iOS and Android
• 5+ Years of Strong Frontend automation skills
• 5+ Years of Extremely Strong Experience in automating native applications. Appium preferred
• Strong knowledge of one of the following - JavaScript, Python, Shell
• Experience in design and development of automation framework for native mobile applications
• Expertise in setting up and debugging CICD pipelines
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Earlier experience with eCommerce applications is a plus
