Mobile Application Tester

Staff4Me is currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Mobile Application Tester to join our team. As a Mobile Application Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our mobile applications. You will work closely with the development team to perform testing activities, identify defects, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software testing processes.

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for mobile applications.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to identify and report software defects.
• Collaborate with the development team to reproduce and analyze reported defects.
• Create detailed and concise defect reports, including steps to reproduce and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure mobile application quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
• Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies and industry best practices for mobile application testing.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of our software testing processes and tools.
• Conduct root cause analysis of defects and contribute to their resolution.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Mobile Application Tester or QA Analyst.
• Strong understanding of mobile application testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for mobile applications.
• Knowledge of bug tracking systems and version control tools.
• Experience with functional, regression, and performance testing for mobile applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Preferably a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
