We're looking for a driven Machine Learning Engineer to take ownership of ML and LLM-based features in a fast-growing startup environment. As the first dedicated ML engineer, you'll play a foundational role in shaping the product's AI capabilities, building robust infrastructure, and collaborating closely with the core team.

Requirements

• Architect and implement ML/LLM-driven features that are performant and scalable.
• Build data infrastructure and tooling to handle large-scale data efficiently.
• Work hands-on with the latest LLMs and AI technologies in a production setting.
• Collaborate on code reviews and engineering best practices to grow a maintainable codebase.
• Work closely with leadership to ideate and roadmap new capabilities.

• Strong computer science fundamentals and practical understanding of performance, memory, and runtime optimization.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering.
• Experience using LLMs in production environments (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, LangChain).
• Proficient with ML tools and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, etc.
• Comfortable navigating documentation, GitHub, StackOverflow, and open-source projects to solve technical problems independently.
• Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code that the team can easily understand and build on.
• High velocity and adaptabilityyou can juggle multiple features and bugs in a fast-paced startup setting.
• A product-first mindset with a passion for building seamless and impactful user experiences.
• Familiarity with backend systems and a willingness to wear multiple engineering hats when needed.
• Strong English communication skills and the initiative to self-learn and problem-solve without handholding.
