The Vending Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency of our vending machines and Grab N Go freezers across various locations. This position involves a combination of technical skills, customer service, and maintenance responsibilities.

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on vending machines and equipment.
  
• Ensure all vending machines are stocked and functioning correctly.
  
• Troubleshoot any malfunctions and resolve issues promptly.
  
• Document service activities, including repairs, inventory counts, and collections.
  
• Interact with clients to address inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks to prevent issues before they arise.
  
• Collect coins and payments from vending machines while ensuring record accuracy.
  
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to maintain sufficient stock levels for timely deliveries.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle.
  
• Comply with safety regulations and company policies consistently.
• A two-week training period will take place in Trevose, PA.
• A company vehicle, mobile phone, and gas card will be supplied.
