Millwright / Welders

Shamrock Services, LLC, a leading provider of machinery maintenance and repair services, is seeking skilled Multifaceted Journeymen to join our team. We are seeking crafted hands from all trades: millwrights, fitters, fabricators, carpenters, welders, helpers and laborers.

Multi- craftred hands preferred but will entertain single crafted applicants.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in welding, carpentry, fabrication, precision measurement, and will be able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts.
• Install and assemble machinery based on specifications and blueprints.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical problems with machinery, including worn and broken parts.
• Fabricate and repair metal parts using welding equipment and hand tools.
• Use precision tools, including micrometers and calipers, to ensure accurate measurements.
• Drive and operate heavy equipment, including forklifts and cranes, to move machinery and materials.
• Follow safety guidelines and comply with regulations when operating machinery and handling hazardous materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Journeyman / Construction hand.
• Expertise in welding, including MIG and TIG welding, and experience with metal cutting tools.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools, including drills, grinders, and saws.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
