Location: Atlanta Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, a top Am Law 100 firm, is seeking highly motivated, well-qualified mid-level associates (four to six years of experience) to join its nationally recognized M&A and Corporate Finance practice in our Atlanta office. The ideal candidate will have: Sophisticated law firm experience on complex corporate or and M&A matters Managing complex M&A projects and timelines, interacting with subject matter experts and junior resources, preparing equity and asset purchase agreements and ancillary documentation, and conducting and summarizing legal due diligence in M&A transactions, with an emphasis on private equity transactions and private target M&A Significant attention to detail and ability to interact successfully with clients, investment bankers, and other advisors Excellent written and oral communication skills, analytical skills, and the ability to distill complex information into actionable advice manage client engagements Excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple priorities Ownership mentality and the ability to assume a high degree of responsibility Qualified candidates please submit your email address above and complete the online application process.
